User Agreement

ChatMain hereby reminds users to carefully read and fully understand this "Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Users should carefully read and fully understand the terms in this "Agreement", including the exemption clauses that exempt or limit ChatMain's liability and the restrictions on users' rights. Your login, use and other behaviors will be deemed as acceptance of this "Agreement" and you agree to be bound by the terms of this "Agreement". This "Agreement" may be updated by ChatMain at any time. Once the updated terms of the agreement are announced, they will replace the original terms of the agreement. Users can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on this website. After ChatMain modifies the terms of the "Agreement", if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the services provided by ChatMain immediately. If the user continues to use the services provided by ChatMain, it will be deemed that the modified agreement has been accepted.

1. Rules of Use

  1. Users fully understand and agree that ChatMain only provides users with a platform for sharing, transmitting and obtaining information. Users must be responsible for all actions under their accounts, including any content you transmit and any results arising therefrom. ChatMain cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by user behavior.
  2. Any content transmitted by users through ChatMain services does not reflect ChatMain's views or policies, and ChatMain does not assume any responsibility for this.
  3. Users fully understand and agree that ChatMain is a comprehensive service platform based on overseas digital marketing. Users must bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the information submitted on ChatMain. Users shall not impersonate others; shall not use the name of others to disseminate any information; otherwise, ChatMain has the right to immediately stop providing services, recover ChatMain accounts, and users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
  4. ChatMain reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, restrict, terminate or cancel the ChatMain service at any time without any notice for the needs of business development. Users shall bear this risk.
  5. Users shall not use the ChatMain system to create, upload, copy or send the following content:
  6. Oppose the basic principles determined by the constitution of the user's jurisdiction;
  7. Endanger the national security of the jurisdiction, disclose the state secrets of the jurisdiction, subvert the state power of the jurisdiction, and undermine national unity;
  8. Damage the honor and interests of the country;
  9. Incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine national unity;
  10. Undermine the national religious policy, promote cults and feudal superstitions;
  11. Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
  12. Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetment of crime;
  13. Insult or slander others and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
  14. Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations ChatMain may, at its reasonable discretion, stop transmitting any of the aforementioned content in accordance with the law for any content that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement; or infringes, interferes with, or threatens the rights or safety of any person, or acts of impersonating others, and has the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who violates this clause at its own discretion, including but not limited to deleting illegal, infringing, inappropriate content from ChatMain services, terminating the membership of violators, preventing them from using all or part of ChatMain services, and preserving relevant information and reporting to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations.
  15. User Rights and Obligations:
  16. The ownership of the user's ChatMain account belongs to ChatMain. After the user completes the application registration procedures, he or she will obtain the right to use the ChatMain account. This right of use belongs only to the initial applicant and is prohibited from being donated, borrowed, rented, transferred or sold. ChatMain has the right to reclaim the user's account for business needs. The user is responsible for properly keeping the security of the account information and account password, and the user needs to bear legal responsibility for the behavior under the account and password. The user agrees not to use the account or password of other members under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify immediately. Users should abide by the terms of this Agreement and use this service correctly and appropriately. If a user violates any of the terms of this Agreement, ChatMain has the right to terminate the service to the defaulting user account in accordance with the agreement. At the same time, ChatMain reserves the right to recover the account and user name at any time. If the user's account is not logged in for a long time, ChatMain has the right to reclaim the account to avoid waste of resources, and the user shall bear all the problems caused by this.

2. Privacy Protection

User personal privacy information refers to information that can identify the user personally or involve personal communication, including the following information: business qualification materials, user's real name, ID number, mobile phone number, IP address. ChatMain respects the privacy of users' personal privacy information as a consistent system, and will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal privacy information. Except for the requirements of laws or government departments with legal authority or user consent, users' personal privacy information will not be disclosed to third parties other than cooperative units without the user's consent.

3. Product Logo and Copyright

The logo graphics, text or its composition of the product logo, and other product and service names involved in the service are owned by all. Without prior consent, users shall not display or use the logo and products in any way or otherwise deal with them, nor shall they indicate to others that they have the right to display, use, or otherwise deal with the logo and products.

4. Legal Liability and Disclaimer

  1. If the user violates the provisions of this Agreement or the relevant terms of service, resulting in or incurring any claims, demands or losses claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, the user agrees to compensate ChatMain and the partner company and protect them from damage.

  2. If the normal operation of the service is affected by force majeure such as technical failures, ChatMain and the partner promise to cooperate with the relevant units as soon as possible to handle and repair them in a timely manner, but ChatMain and the partner will not be responsible for any losses suffered by the user as a result.

  3. Users must understand that there are risks of anonymous or pseudonymous information from any other person, including threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content or behavior, or infringement of the rights of others (including intellectual property rights) during the use of this service. Users must bear the above risks. ChatMain does not make any type of guarantee for this service, whether explicit or implicit, including all implied warranties and conditions regarding the authenticity of information, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership and non-infringement, and does not assume any responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and subsequent damages caused by improper or illegal use of the service by users.

V. Other Terms

  1. ChatMain solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the terms in this Agreement that exempt liability and increase user obligations. Users are requested to read carefully and consider the risks independently. The final right of interpretation and modification of the above terms belongs to ChatMain.
  2. The partial or complete invalidity of any term stipulated in this Agreement shall not affect the validity of other terms.
  3. The copyright of this Agreement is owned by ChatMain, and ChatMain reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.
